At Savvy Intuition, LLC., I am committed to providing a platform for individuals to achieve optimal well-being and foster fulfilling relationships with those around them. I specialize in individual therapy with conjoint sessions, recognizing that loved ones play an integral role in a person’s mental health journey.
My conjoint sessions offer a space for spouses, friends, caregivers, and family members to gain valuable insight into how they can best support their loved ones' mental health. These sessions create an opportunity for individuals to share their experiences with those closest to them, while helping loved ones develop a deeper understanding of the mental health journey and learn how to offer meaningful support.
I provide a safe, supportive environment for both individuals and their loved ones to explore mental health concerns. With my experience, I am dedicated to identifying the unique challenges each person faces and offering personalized care to ensure lasting success.
INDIVIDUAL THERAPY W/ FAMILY MEMBER(S)
I also offer psychotherapy sessions with families—whether or not the individual is present—to address any family dynamics that may be affecting mental health. These sessions focus on improving communication, resolving conflicts, and fostering healthier relationships within the family unit. My approach is warm, supportive, and rooted in evidence-based practices, with a focus on empowering you to develop coping skills and find the strength within yourself to create positive change.
