Our new Client Portal through TherapyIQ is now active.

Existing and new clients may use our secure TherapyIQ Client Portal to:

Complete intake and consent forms

Upload required documents (ID, insurance card, etc.)

Manage appointments

Join telehealth sessions

Send secure messages to your therapist

Update personal or contact information

New Clients:

Please complete the Consultation Form first (see below). After your form is reviewed, you will receive an email invitation to create your TherapyIQ portal account.
